Try a glass of milk before bed. There are some herbal teas on the market one is bedtime tea by Celestial Seasons (I think I got that name right). They make one for stress and anxiety, I can’t remember the name but the same company makes it.

A natural cure for insomnia ?
A very good way , is to put a few drops of Lavender oil on your pillow or around the bedroom . It has been used to induce sleep for centuries .

I am looking for a natural cure for insomnia. I am a 46 y.o. woman. Sleep aids don’t work anymore!?

How to cure Insomnia if sleeping pills don’t work? But not using natural herbal remedies?
What happens if ya have insomnia and you don’t know what the cause is? If sleeping tablets don’t work what would be next? Could anxiety or depression cause insomnia?
I suffer from the same affliction, I tried a product called Sleep Well, its only in the states, but it worked for me.. check out their website for more info.
