Im having trouble falling a sleep. Does anyone have any suggestions with out sleeping pills?
There is a pill called melatonin that is not a sleeping pill. It is made naturally by the body and sometimes when your body doesn’t produce enough melatonin you can supplement it with a pill (melatonin) that you can buy in most pharmacies and herbal stores. It works very well.

There are many ways to increase your ability to get quality, restful sleep without becoming dependent on sleeping pills. For one, getting exercise in the early evening can burn some energy and get you tired. You can also try meditation or aromatherapy. My source below has a whole series on different ways to treat insomnia and sleep deficiencies. Check it out.

I find that a hot bath and a glass of warm milk or chamomile tea helps me to relax and helps me sleep. The chamomile tea really helps me the most. I try to read or watch a movie at a low volume too because that also makes me sleepy. Hope this helps!
