What is an easy natural sleep aid?

I’m having trouble sleeping some nights. Sometimes I just cant quiet my thoughts. Any tips on some easy Natural Sleep Aids? Thanks.

Natural sleep aid’s are a lot more healthy for your body than artificial sleeping pills. Why? ‘Cause they’re natural, duh! Here are two easy tips for natural sleep aid.

Diet. If you eat too much sugars or stimulants such as caffeine, you’ll have trouble sleeping. Switch your diet to more leafy greens, wheats, almonds, cashews, and brewed yeasts.

Music. Whenever you have a racing mind, try and turn on some soothing and relaxing music to help you get to sleep.

These are just two simple natural sleep aids. Hope this helps!

  2. Moon breathing, is a technique where you cover your right nostril and take deep breaths… my very organic-naturalist father swore by this for years and only recently have i picked up on it.

    melatonin- can be found at any store really, look for the chewable tablets.. take 1000mg to be ready for a good nap in about an hour.

    thats what i use when i cant sleep.

  3. In response to the above response, the average does for Melatonin is 5mg, a 1000mg might do you some damage.

    You can try Valerian, its a natural herb, works well for me.
