  2. mix a mixture of rose pedals, cinnomin, salt, sugar, and 3 of your favorite perfumes and any other smells you like. put in a little bag or a SEALED cloth just so you can smell the mixture. shake over your bed each night and smell before you sleep. you will sleep sounder than you ever have, and you will have very plesant dreams. it worked for me, and if you want to wake feeling even more refreshed fall asleep with your arms streached above your head. both of these together….OMG… you feel so good in the morning.

  4. the best natural sleep inducers I have found are Cammomille tea, or valerian tea. You can get the best ones from your health food store. The best thing is they are non-addictive like sleeping pills
