I find it hard to get to sleep at night and I need a way to fall asleep quicker.
I like natural things so sleeping tablets are out of the question…
I already have some scented candles and my mum bought me a bottle of lavender pillowspray that from the BodyShop thats meant to help. Can anyone suggest anythig else?
