<description>Well, gee whiz....not much time to answer, eh? It&#039;s already 10 PM. Hope you are getting drowsy!!

In the future, ask ahead of time, ok?

Go to the drug store and to the vitamin counter. Pick up a bottle of Melatonin 3mg tablets.

Melatonin is a perfectly natural enzyme that your brain normally produces as the sun goes down. It triggers your brain that sleep will come soon so eventually you become drowsy about 16 hours after you got up.

You will need 8 hours of sleep. More than that will just make you groggy. Some folks can function very well on less.

Many folks will use Melatonin tablets for &quot;jet lag&quot; so your body will get drowsy at an appropriate sleep time which often is in the middle of the afternoon if you just flew to Europe.

That won&#039;t help you tonight. Hopefully you drank some milk, and take a long hot bath with some relaxing music.

Room should be dark and quiet. Continue to play that relaxing music if you can as long as it cuts off when it is done so you don&#039;t have to get up to turn it off.

Dont&#039; know what else to say. Don&#039;t do anything stimulating before bed. Reading in bed is a wonderful relaxant.

Oh, Benedryl WILL help you sleep, but oftentimes will make you groggy in the AM which will last for some folks for half the day. And unless it is decaf tea, it will contain caffeine which of course will wake you up.

Good luck!!
