She has Cystic Fibrosis,And I already have to wake up two times to give her chest thumps (chest thumps get some of the phlegm out of her lungs),then after like,every two hours or less she wakes up!its Killing Me and My Boyfriend!!

Melatonin supplement can be bought at health food stores and assists the body to fall asleep and stay sleeping. ‘no dont drug your kid and dont do it often, but if you want at least one decent sleep use a kids cough medicine….my first had colic like crazy, i was a huge biatch and cranky form lack of sleep, me and my partner had nasty fights tooo cause we werent getting sleep and cranky…so we used cough medicine once every few days….and the kid slept for a while…idk…i guess im bad….but it worked and my son is a healthy 5 years old now…
yeah i told people i would do this every now and then , i got weird looks but sometimes sanity is worth it and its better than losing your temper after the 4th night of no sleep…
