I have a 1 year old and 2 year old. They sleep well through the night. However, when it is time to actually go to bed they are all wound up and it takes me on average an hour to actually get them to sleep. Is there any natural remedies to help make them sleepy (ex. warm milk)?

First off, don’t give them any caffeine ( soda or tea) after supper. Only milk or water if they are thirsty. Second, you might try some lavender oil in a diffuser in the living room before bedtime. Try chamomile tea if they are still up when it is time for resting.

Chamomile tea is excellent for kids and safe. There are also chamomile tea drops and other natural treatments safe for kids at any Natural food store.
    Good luck!
